Teacher Gift: Thank You For Helping Me Grow

Hopping on here really quick tonight to share this incredibly easy teacher gift idea.

Truthfully, all the cutesy teacher gift ideas in the world aren’t going to match up to a good old gift card (amiright, teachers?!?! haha), but it’s important to me that my children take an active part in showing their gratitude to others. This idea covers both – an easy gift that the kids can help create, with a gift card attached. 😉

We found these adorable mini succulents at TJ Maxx. Tissue paper at Michael’s. String I had already.

And because life is busy and who has time for hunting down printables – here’s the “Thank you for helping me grow!”printable. If you use it, tag me in your photos! I’d love to see! (@a_thoughtful_love)

The year has flown by, and I’m once again blown away by our wonderful school community, the goodness and support of their teachers, and the growth of my tiny humans.

There was a time when I could have (and did!) spend hours planning and creating beautiful things. That is not the season of life right now, but rather than dwell on what I cannot, I choose to take joy in what I can.

This project took so little time, minimal effort, and yet it was a bonding moment between me and each child. They are proud of what they helped create, and are, I hope, just a little more thankful for the people who play such an important role in their lives.

Happy Thursday, darlings!!
